Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing includes a discount in exchange for the yearly commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and ACH transfers for annual plans, processed securely through Stripe.
Do unused hours or scope roll over?
Scope is planned per month based on your plan tier. We’re flexible about reallocating within a month, but unused scope doesn’t bank indefinitely — we’ll always tell you if you’re under-using your plan.
